Represent their members within the outstation communities and lands serviced by the Corporation within the boundaries of Kakadu National Park within the Northern Territory.

OBJECTIVE:
Warnbi was established to provide direct relief from the poverty, distress, hopelessness and misfortune suffered by members as a result of their general circumstances and disadvantage.

GOVERNANCE:
The Corporation is currently made up 31 members and is governed by a Board of 7 Directors.

OUR ROLE:
Warnbi provides an important role in facilitating employment, training and maintenance of essential services for 12 of the Park’s Homelands and their residents on the Park.

Warnbi Rangers Program

Local rangers care for land and sea Country through environmental management, cultural heritage protection, and visitor engagement.

Community Projects

From installing solar power to improving water access, our projects are designed with the community, for the community.

Cultural Programs

We support language revival, traditional knowledge sharing, and cultural education to keep our heritage strong.
